Over the past year, we’ve taken a hard look at our operations and made a strategic decision to step away from our previous kitchen arrangement and pivot the business to a delivery-only model.

This wasn’t an emotional move. It was a business one.

The Real Reason Behind the Change

Shared kitchen spaces can be a great launchpad for food businesses. For us, however, the cost structure no longer made sense. Between rising rent and layered platform fees, too much revenue was being absorbed before it ever reached the food, the staff, or the customer experience.

In short: the math stopped working.

Rather than pass those costs on to our customers or dilute what makes Vegetarian To Go special, we chose a smarter path forward.

Same chef and recipes
Same brand and commitment to flavor

Nothing about the food has been downgraded. If anything, this shift allows us to focus even more on consistency and quality.
